Thank you for visiting our site.  Our office has two licensed attorneys to assist you with your legal needs, Shawna Collins and Carrie Quick.  We also have Toni Riggins, who is our office receptionist and legal assistant, and Amanda Ikerd, who is our paralegal and client liaison.  As a team, we work together to handle your legal issues in a competent and compassionate manner.

Our office primarily handles the following types of cases:  Civil litigation, Child Custody/Visitation, Child Support, Divorce, Domestic Violence (50-B), Criminal, Traffic, Estates/Trusts and Adoptions.

Shawna Collins has worked as an attorney in North Carolina since 1995, and is licensed to practice law in the states of North Carolina and South Carolina. She is also a certified Superior Court Mediator in the state of North Carolina.

Her associate, Carrie Quick, previously worked with Shawna as a certified paralegal for over twelve years and we are excited to announce that she obtained her license to practice law in the state of North Carolina in early 2011.
